The Programming Team is looking for a full-time Production Associate to carry out the vision and direction related to Production for the Richmond campus and church wide large events.

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Production:

  • Audio/Video/Lighting: Provide support in each of the 3 areas of production. Programming Lights, Audio set-up and mixing, Video Set-up and execution, Lighting programming and maintenance are all part of this job with responsibilities based on the team dynamics and personal abilities.

  • Volunteers: This position will assist and in the recruiting and training of production volunteers. Oversight of the production team during services is also a responsibility that is shared by this position.

• Church Wide Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Programming Team to support large events on campus (and off campus if applicable).

  • Support large production projects at all of Southland’s campuses.

• Other Duties as Assigned.
