Description: Our Guest Experience Team is looking for a part time weekend coordinator to serve at our Nicholasville Campus on Sundays. This person will assist the Guest Experience Leader in carrying out the vision, direction and service details related to Guest Experience for all Sunday services at the Nicholasville campus.  

Specific Responsibilities:

• Work in partnership with the campus Guest Experience leader to clear the path for connection and support the execution of Sunday services with excellence.

• Maintain a clear and up-to-date understanding of all connection processes Southland uses (i.e. Connection Form, Partnership, First Time Guests, etc).

• Participate in (and lead) Sunday volunteer huddles championing the Guest Experience vision.

• Assist Guest Experience Leader to ensure service details are well managed (examples include: Connection Point, Greeters, special services/elements, etc). Serve all areas with supplies and support.

• Specifically oversee and execute logistics and volunteers for Cafe, Communion, Offering and Ushers.

• Manage any necessary paperwork from the weekend services and communicate any relevant details to the Nicholasville GE Leader.

• Support the execution of weekly set-up/tear-down and inventory needs.

Other Duties as Assigned:

• Participate in trainings, meetings, or other events as needed

Work schedule: Sunday mornings from 7:30am-1pm
