Southland’s Worship/Programming Team is looking for a part-time Worship Leader to assist with the weekend worship experience. If you have a heart for worship and love all things music and programming, keep reading below:

Purpose Statement:
To work with the Worship & Programming Team by leading worship regularly in any of our live worship venues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leading worship songs for our weekend services on a regular, scheduled basis  

2. Be open to leading at any of our campus locations as needed

3. Connect with supervisor bi-monthly for mentorship and growth

4. Be fully prepared and present for all rehearsals for services you are scheduled to lead in

5. Submit your hours regularly through Southland’s Paycor account

6. Attend quarterly staff meetings if other work schedules allow

7. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Work Schedule:
8+ Hours; Weeknight rehearsals (7-10pm), and Sunday mornings (7am-12pm)
(Possibly more some weeks if asked to lead for special events such as worship nights or conferences, in which case you could include those hours as well)
