At Southland we believe our jobs are a calling and we are always looking for passionate and innovative people to join our team. The Programming Team is looking for a full-time Music Director to work with the Worship & Programming Team resourcing Campuses, Events and Student Ministries in the area of music.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Arrange and chart music for Sunday Services and Events

2. Coordinate and create tracks for Sunday Services and Events

3. Organize, Produce and Mix post-audio projects in tandem with the Production Audio Lead

4. Assist the Student Ministry Programming director with charts, tracks and arrangements

5. Provide guidance and assistance to Campus worship pastors in the area of rehearsals and player development

6. Manage the Music Budget

7. Assist Campus teams with musical equipment management and maintenance

8. Contribute to Music Team duties including set planning, songwriting, and vision casting

9. Participate in all campuses by playing and/or singing on Sundays and for events

10. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

    Work Schedule:
    40+ Hours Sunday-Thursday, additional evenings as needed
