Description
The Children's Ministry team is looking for a part-time Producer to serve on the weekends only at the Richmond Road campus. This person is responsible for producing the large group program in the different environments. The schedule for this position is every other weekend with a monthly team meeting.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Work all weekend services in a Children’s Ministry environment producing the large group program.

Lead pre-service rehearsals and post-service debrief with stage volunteers, providing feedback and making necessary changes to the large group program.

Support teachers, actors, worship leaders and tech volunteers with weekend needs (props, sets, costumes, troubleshooting, etc.)

Teach, lead worship or host on stage as needed.

Work with leaders to oversee check-out after services.

Work with volunteer leaders to maintain a safe and orderly environment.

Answer parent and leader questions.

Assist Groups Coordinators as needed.
- Manage any necessary paperwork from the weekend environment and communicate any necessary details from the weekend to the Richmond Road Children’s Ministry Director.
