Do you enjoy planning and executing tasks? Are you highly organized, detailed, and have a natural bent towards administration?  Our Richmond team is looking for a full-time Campus Coordinator who will provide support for the team, Director, and volunteers who serve in this area of ministry. 

Position Summary:

Oversee the vision, direction, leaders and volunteers related to Guest Experience for Richmond Campus.  This position focuses primarily on the weekend Guest Experience. This person will also be responsible for the administrative and operational support of ministry that happens on the local campus and work closely with the Campus Pastor and Associate Campus Pastor.

Essential Responsibilities:

Specific Responsibilities:

  1. Overall operational and administrative support of all local ministries:

    1. Database Management

    2. Attendance data

    3. Ministry Requisitions

    4. Communications Liaison

    5. Planning Center support

    6. Scheduling

  2. Manage the campus credit card

  3. Database/Planning Center support for ministry division on local campus.

  4. Overall operational and administrative support of all local ministries.

  5. Track and manage Campus Meeting notes.

  6. Provide ministry leadership for Guest Experience

    1. Weekend Experience including the experience from the parking lot to the auditorium, Connection Point,  First Time Guests, Cafe, Engagement

    2. Guest Experience Volunteers including recruiting and developing

    3. Large Events by supporting all ministries that have large events on campus (and off campus if applicable); being included in the planning, execution and evaluation of each.

  7. Support and contribute to the overall vision of the RIchmond Campus.

  8. Other Duties as Assigned.
