Do you have excellent problem solving skills and enjoy working with a team?  Are you comfortable managing the different components of the Production process?  The Production Team is looking for a Full-Time Production Associate to serve at our Danville campus.  If you are a quick learner, have great discernment, and can handle the following responsibilities, we'd love for you to apply!  The schedule for this position is Sunday- Thursday.

Essential Position Responsibilities:

• Campus Production.

  • Systems.  This position oversees the maintenance and operation of Southland’s Production equipment at our Danville campus.

  • Events.  This position oversees the process and execution for Weekend Services, Student Ministries and All Church Events.

  • Volunteers. This Position assists the Danville Worship & Programming Director in recruiting, training and managing Volunteers in the area of Production

• Central Support Production.

  • Systems. This position will work alongside Southland’s Production Manager/Systems Engineer on large production initiatives

  • Events. This position will work alongside the Southland’s Production team to accomplish large all-church events as needed.

• Campus IT.    

  • Provide end user support & training (Mac OSX and Windows OS)        

  • Support end user computing environment (Printing, scanning, general network operations, campus WIFI)

  • Support & troubleshoot all campus ministry IT functions

• Central Support IT.

  • Assist Central IT staff in supporting a wide variety of network equipment and systems across all Southland sites

  • Assist Central IT staff with enterprise IT projects
