Our Guest Experience Team is looking for a Guest Experience Leader to serve at our Lexington Campus to carry out the vision, direction and volunteers related to Guest Experience for 608 service and events at Lexington campus.  

Specific Responsibilities:

  1. 608 Experience.

    1. Engagement:

      1. Make sure all guests walk away from 608 having the best experience a church can provide; from the parking lot to the auditorium and everywhere in between.

      2. Have a clear and up-to-date understanding of all connection processes Southland uses (i.e. Connection Form, Partnership, First Time Guests, etc).

      3. Help guests engage with who we are and what we do.

    2. Connection Point:

      1. Make sure all guests are cared for well, questions are answered and thorough follow up steps are taken every time.

      2. Keep up to date on weekly announcements and upcoming events both locally and Southland wide.

    3. Cafe:

      1. Ensure the Cafe is well stocked and well staffed

    4. Volunteers:

      1. Lead weekly volunteer huddle (Sharing vision, information and prayer directives from supervisor)

      2. Oversee coverage and placement of volunteers

      3. Pass along  any learns or greater needs for care and support

    5. Service Specifics :

      1. Execute weekly set-up and tear-down needs

      2. Planning Center: Oversee coverage, identify needs and be informed on service specifics

      3. Evaluations: Complete weekly eval. to identify wins and areas of improvement

      4. Attendance: report weekly service attendance

  2. 608 Events:

    1. Work with the Guest Experience Leader and 608 Team  to support 608 events as needed.

  3. Other Duties as Assigned.

    1. Participate in trainings, meetings, or other events as needed

Work schedule: 10 hours a week (Sunday 4pm-8pm; some week day hours)
