Our Student Ministries team is looking for a full-time Student Ministries Worship and Programming Leader to help create and execute experiences where students fall in love with and follow Jesus.  Responsibilities for this position include producing worship and programming for Middle and High School ministries, manage technical needs for all environments utilized by Student Ministries, and to recruit, develop, and train volunteers for this area.  It is important that this person be motivated, highly organized, and have a working knowledge of the different elements of the production process (stage, audio, video, lighting).

This position does require a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.

1. Produce worship and programming for Middle School and High School ministries.
   • Lead music, band and other elements of worship in song.
   • Lead out in creative programming elements including video production, etc…

4. Creative video worship and teaching elements
   • Weekly Middle and High School worship environments and other events.
5. Manage Building C look and feel as well as technical needs for all programming environments Student Ministries utilizes.

6. Recruit, develop and train volunteers to accomplish elements of worship and programming.
7. Work with Student Ministries team to coordinate events and trips.
8. Work with Student Ministries team to execute ministry programs.
9. Help counsel students and families.
10.  Provide support for student ministries team as needed including any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
