Southland’s Programming Team is looking for a full-time Worship & Programming Director to execute the programming aspects of Southland’s Georgetown Campus, manage the Georgetown Programming Team and processes, and lead worship.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Oversee the Georgetown Programming Department

2. Lead Worship primarily at Southland’s Georgetown Campus

3. Manage the Georgetown Programming Budget

4. Oversee the Georgetown Production Associate Position

5. Prepare and execute the programming aspects of the weekend services and events.

6. Train, schedule  and invest in worship volunteers

7. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Work Schedule:
40+ hours a week, Sunday-Thursday, Additional evenings as needed
