Description
The Children's Ministry Team is looking for a part-time Weekend Nursery Coordinator to serve during the 608 service at the Richmond Road campus.  This person is responsible for overseeing Nursery leaders and the check-in process.  

  • Report to Children’s Ministry Leader

    • Any issues

    • Leader needs

    • Attendance

  • Opening & Closing Rooms

    • Arrive 5:30pm

    • Make sure Check In computers are up and running

    • Open room > turn on lights, make sure room is ready for kids

    • Closing room > all toys put away, surfaces cleaned/wiped down, rooms ready for next ministry

  • Drive In Room

    • Turn on computer, TV & soundbar

    • Shelves open for kids

    • Curriculum out and ready for leaders

  • Paper Work

    • Guest Check In sheets turned into Children’s Ministry

    • Incident Reports turned into Children's Ministry

  • Ensure all Safety and Security Procedures are followed

    • Tags checked at check out

    • Bathroom breaks are handled with 2 adults
