Our Formation Team is looking for a Life Groups/Guest Experience Leader for our Danville Campus.

Primary responsibilities include:

1. Life Groups: Lead the central support strategy for the Danville Campus

   1. Leaders-recruit, train and develop Life Groups facilitators and coaches

   2. Events-work with Life Groups team to launch all Danville Life Groups

   3. Provide ongoing support for Life Groups facilitators, coaches, and Life Groups participants.

   4. Work with Life Groups administrative assistant to provide offered resources and communication to all Life Groups.

2. Guest Experience-make sure all guests walk away from a weekend having the best experience a Church can provide.

   1. Connection Point-oversee the volunteers and process related to connecting people to ministry. Make sure all people are cared for well, questions are answered and thorough follow-up steps are taken every time.

   2. Volunteers-recruit, evaluate, interview, and train all new volunteers

   3. Culture-Help establish a culture of fun, authenticity, relevance and comfort.

   4. Cafe-ensure that the cafe is a place that is tied to our vision for Guest Experience.

   5. Engagement-help those that attend on a weekend engage with who we are and what we do.

3. Seasonal Support:

   1. Church-wide events

   2. Personal growth strategy

4. Other duties as assigned.

This position is 40 hours/week Sunday-Thursday with occasional evening responsibilities.
