Description
The Children's Ministry team is looking for a part-time Weekend Groups Coordinator to serve on Sunday at the Richmond Road campus. This person is responsible for overseeing Children's Ministry check-in and Life Group leaders in the different environments. The schedule for this position is every other weekend: Sunday 7:00am-1:00pm.

Welcome leaders as they arrive and ensure that all break out rooms and welcome desks have adequate volunteer coverage.

Connect with leaders, thank them and make sure they have all supplies.

Work with leaders to oversee the family check-in process before services.

Work with leaders to maintain a safe and orderly environment and ensure that all security policies are being followed.

Help leaders with discipline issues with children.

Answer parent and leader questions.

Assist with Life Groups as needed.

Assist Large Group Producer as needed.
- Manage any necessary paperwork from the weekend environment and communicate any necessary details from the weekend to the Richmond Road Groups Director.
