Our Formation Team is looking for a Guest Experience Leader for our Harrodsburg Road Campus.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

1. Overseeing the Weekend Experience

   1. Guest Experience.  Make sure all guests walk away from the weekend having the best experience a Church can provide; from the parking lot to the auditorium and everywhere in between.

   2. Connection Point.  Ensure volunteers and the process related to connecting people to ministry are done exceptionally well.  Make sure all people are cared for well, questions are answered and thorough follow up steps are taken.

   3. Partnership.  Lead out at assigned campus to make sure Partnership is a highly engaging experience  to learn more about Southland and identify the best way(s) to connect and grow.

   4. Volunteers.

      1. Recruit, evaluate, interview and train all new volunteers.

      2. Lead the leaders of our volunteer leadership structure.

      3. Develop new and existing volunteers within the established leadership structure.

   5. Culture.  Help develop a culture of fun, authenticity, relevance and comfort here at Southland.

   6. Cafe.  Ensure the cafe is a place that is tied to our vision for Guest Experience.

   7. Engagement.  Help people that attend the assigned Southland campus on the weekend engage with who we are and what we do.

2. Large Events.  (Central Support Team)

   1. Work with the Guest Experience Team to support all ministries that have large events on campus (and off campus if applicable).

3. Other Duties as Assigned.
