Develop the best strategy for harnessing the resources of Helping Through Him and other Southland Outreach ministry resources to support our community and campuses.

Lead Helping Through Him ministries.

Oversee recruitment, training, and ongoing development of volunteers

Plan and execute vision and strategy for multi-site.

Cultivate relationships with strategic partners

Oversee Life Coach Coordinator and implementation of resources
