Our Richmond Road team is looking for temporary Nursery and Childcare workers to serve through May 2016.  

Responsibilities Include:

• Attend Sunday morning Staff Huddles: 8:30-9:00 am

• Welcome families as they arrive and assist with drop off.

• Welcome volunteer leaders and ensure they have everything they need to serve

• Work with leaders to maintain a safe and orderly environment and ensure that all security policies are being followed.  

• Oversee pick-up time, welcoming parents and ensuring that security tags are checked and families leave with all their belongings.

• Fill in in classrooms for absent/late volunteers.

• Provide care for children as needed: diaper changing, bottle feeding, restroom breaks.

• Answer questions parents may have or direct them to Nursery Director if necessary.

• Oversee cleanup of the room; toys cleaned and put away, floor vacuumed, surfaces wiped down with cleaner.

• Lead Nursery/Children’s environments at 608 and during Tuesday night childcare on a rotational basis.  

• Assist Nursery Director with other duties as needed.

Schedule:

• Every Sunday 8:30am-1:00pm

• Sunday 608 service and Tuesday night childcare on a rotational basis (Sundays 5:30-7:45pm, Tuesday 5:45pm-8:45pm)
