Our Formation Team is looking for a Life Groups Leader to support the overall strategy of Spiritual Formation for our Richmond Road Campus.
 

Specific Responsibilities Include:

1. Life Groups.  Lead the central support strategy for the Richmond Road Campus.

   1. Leaders.  Recruit, train and develop the Lead Facilitators.

   2. Events.  Work with the Life Groups team to launch all Richmond Road Life Groups.

   3. Provide ongoing support for Life Group leaders.  This includes consistent communication, relationship development and help with troubleshooting issues.

   4. Work with the Life Groups Administrative Assistant to provide offered resources and communication to all Life Groups.

   5. Ensure excellence in Richmond Road Life Groups.  Stay closely engaged with groups via Life Group leaders.

2. Seasonal Support of:

   1. Learning Environments (Date Night, Man Night, Ladies Night, etc.)

   2. Personal Growth strategy

3. Richmond Road.  Help with walk-ins as part of the staff rotation.

4. Participate in other duties as assigned including campus specific needs.

Work Schedule:

40 hours a week Saturday - Thursday; Regular weekend and evening responsibilities.
